She has written and drawn books for adults (French Milk, Something New, Kid Gloves), teens (Relish, An Age of License, Displacement), middle-schoolers (The Peapod Farm Series) and kids (You Are New, Ride Beside Me), as well as all-ages (Woe, Go To Sleep/I Miss You).
Her last name is confusing and has a silent K. It's pronounced kind-of like "nigh-slee.”
