Lonnie Millsap is a Los Angeles born and raised, New Yorker Magazine cartoonist, whose main goal is to make people laugh. His cartoons have appeared in the New Yorker over eighty times, and his comic, titled bacön, is syndicated by Andrews McMeel/Universal Uclick. It runs three times weekly on gocomics.com/bacon. He is a two-time Reuben Award nominee (Online Comics- Short Form) and he was also nominated for the 2025 Thurber Prize. Millsap self-published thirteen books of cartoons since 2010 and he has been a special guest at countless book and comic conventions since 2011 including: San Diego Comic-Con and Small Press Expo. His work has been praised by noteworthy cartoonists such as Sergio Aragones, Keith Knight, and Gary Panter. His latest book, which is still untitled, will be released in July of 2025.
